Autumn Hedgerows
September is usually a busy time for the birds to start appearing at our tables, but for the moment, and until all the berries have disappeared from the hedgerows, we must sit back and enjoy the bird song instead.
The photographs below are just a small selection from our garden today.
However, you will have noticed that we are running a 15% discount on SUNFLOWER HEARTS until 15th October. Be quick, and start buying your winter feed soon. Remember the Old Wive's Tale, that 'An abundance of berries in the hedgerows is a sign of a cold winter to come'.
We would love to see your photos of autumnal hedgerows, just send them to us at wellfedbirds@gmail.com
